Instructions on filling in the form

Reference Number

Every reference in the bibliography has a reference number that appears in square brackets at the end of the reference. Please quote this number whenever you submit a correction.

Correction Details

Please describe the correction that is needed. You do not need to type in the whole reference but make sure there is enough for me to understand what needs changing.

Adding Your Name

I request your name so that I can identify the source of the correction. You may just use initials or an alias but please be consistent.

Submitting the Form

If your web browser is configured correctly pressing the submit button will cause the form to be e-mailed to me for inclusion in the bibliography. Your web browser will show you a warning box after you press the button as this process will reveal your e-mail address to me. There is no greater security risk than sending me a conventional e-mail however.

Your submission will be processed and the bibliography updated as soon as possible - typically within a week.

If your correction does not appear in the main bibliography please e-mail me (John Farrar).
